Become A Partner Agency

To become a Feeding America San Diego partner agency, an agency:

  •  Must be a non-profit organization 
  •  Must be incorporated for the purpose of serving the needy, ill or infants (minor children).  
  •  Can not charge for food, be reimbursed, compensated or require services in exchange for food.
  •  Can not be an entity of a municipality (e.g., a school, hospital or prison).
  •  Must have been operating a pantry and/or a soup kitchen for six months. Are you a NEW Food Program? Click here to learn about Peer-to-Peer Mentoring.
  •  Must be registered with 2-1-1.
  •  Must have a working email address.
  •  Must use product for the stated purposes of the program.
  •  Must be in a high need area(Poverty per zip code)**
  •  Signed original Agency Application 
  •  Signed original Agency Agreement
  •  Signed original Liability Release 
  •  Copy of agencyís IRS 501(c)(3) (What's This?)
  •  Copy of agencyís Articles of Incorporation (What's This?)
  •  Current list of board of directors
  •  Copy of food handlers card (for agencies preparing food)

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING AGENCIES IN RURAL AND NORTH COUNTIES but all eligible agencies are encouraged to apply.
