To become a Feeding America San Diego partner agency, an agency:
- Must be a non-profit organization
- Must be incorporated for the purpose of serving the needy, ill or infants (minor children).
- Can not charge for food, be reimbursed, compensated or require services in exchange for food.
- Can not be an entity of a municipality (e.g., a school, hospital or prison).

- Must be registered with 2-1-1.
- Must have a working email address.
- Must use product for the stated purposes of the program.
- Must be in a high need area(Poverty per zip code)**
- Signed original Agency Application
- Signed original Agency Agreement
- Signed original Liability Release
- Copy of agencyís IRS 501(c)(3) (What's This?)
- Copy of agencyís Articles of Incorporation (What's This?)
- Current list of board of directors
- Copy of food handlers card (for agencies preparing food)
